Eligibility for Exchange

• We only replace any items if they are defective or damaged or sent in incorrect size.
• We need unboxing videos while opening the package before we could accept a refund or return request.
• Request for exchange has to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
